Kay in customer service was very helpful and got it solved right away and now it’s quiet again. I use it 7 Hours a day at the office and now others are wanting one as well.

Under desk walking pad treadmills have become quite the rage over the fast five years and now the market is flooded with so many of them. You really have to do the research to find ones that are worth your time and money. Plus that they are safe.This one is lightweight enough to slide away when you're not using it or to just turn it on its side (as I usually do). It's much quieter than most of the walking pads out there so it won't distract you from your work.The remote control is very easy and thankfully, the LED display is easy to read from where you're standing. So many times, you have to bend over to see the display, but not so with this one. It's 2.5 HP which means you won't have the worry of it lagging which causes more accidents than you would imagine.This one will hold up to 265 lbs which is good, but if you do weigh more, I wouldn't risk it as this is made for the topmost 265. The speed is up to 3.8 which is great for under the desk as it will easily get you working up a sweat without losing your balance.This is a really worthwhile small investment in your health, especially now that yet a new study finds that just standing at a standing desk might not be so healthy. Having a treadmill helps fix that upcoming issue.

Got this for senior citizen parents, so straddled a walker around the front, and strapped the remote to the walker, too. Pretty safe for them, as it always comes on at the lowest speed , and after a 3-2-1 countdown. They can press the PLUS button to increment more speed a little at a time. And at the bottom of the remote a button is clearly labeled STOP, which when pressed, comes to a stop in a couple seconds, not instantaneously.They don't need the mode button. So I'd wish the PLUS and MINUS buttons were separate buttons instead of on an outer ring, which might be hard for some seniors to press by themselves.But it's good quality, heavy yet easy to roll around by tipping onto the wheels at the front.

This is possibly the best purchase I have made for 2024. I didn’t have to build anything. It stores very easily behind my couch. It does not fold. It doesn’t have any noise and the speeds are actually very impressive. Highly recommend especially with this cold weather everyone needs to get their steps in.

This walking treadmill is so cute and it is lightweight. It has a handheld remote which makes it easier to control the settings. I can store it under the bed when not in use. Everyone in my house uses it because it is so convenient and lightweight. I love having this in my home gym.

I feel as though it is a bit louder than I thought it would be and make a weird noise from time to time. Anyone else having the same issue? I really like it though
