I believe it is a good product very easy to assemble. We have cats and kittens of all size and seems to remain sturdy for all weight classes.

Where to start? Well, the pictures on the listing make this product look good. But that's it.First, the directions are horrible. I'm a carpenter, so I have a decent knowledge of how things go together, but I don't know how someone else can do this without raising their blood pressure.Second, the holes aren't even on half of the pieces, meaning that, even if they fit together, they'll be crooked. And speaking of not fitting together, the third pic I posted shows how poorly aligned the holes are. And since the pieces are all laminated particle board, drilling new holes will weaken the joint substantially!The fourth pic I posted shows the size of the steps. I only connected two of the three steps, because my cats are actually normal size, not pygmy pusses! The scale of this product is terrible! And even with all screws tightened, the steps are still wobbly!And lastly, the final pic I posted shows how the screws on the jack side stick out above the level of the wood, so the item won't sit flush on the wall when installed. And because the product is made of fake-wood laminated particle board, the screws can't be countersunk because of how weak the particle board is!This product is a waste of money, a waste of time, and a safety concern for your cats!

The only thing that would not make this a five star product the instructions were very minimum and lacking knowledge, but I’m a crafty person so I put it together how I wanted to put it together. The only downside to it were the steps and how they had the fittings and the screws could be better Manufactured to put together because they didn’t really stay together. I ended up having to add my own screws to keep it together other than that my cat loved it.

This set is NOT made with wood. The platforms are pressboard (basically dense paper). The construction is poorly done. The ladder is a hazard that will fall apart if used as designed. When installed, the materials used to assemble the stairs split the paper, weakening the structural integrity. None of them can be used without making some safety changes. In addition, just a small amount of water can destroy the boards. I wouldn't recommend purchasing unless you have the skills to modify the materials to make them safe to mount on the wall.The assembly is easy if you are familiar with these types of products. The included instructions do not match the actual assembly procedures. The size and appearance are perfect and this set is as functional if not more than the other options available at this price point. However, it will cost additional funds to have a usable product. I have decided to return this for a wooden set.

Our two kittens loved it! But definitely the most active and adventurous kitty is enjoying it the most. The hammocks are good for small cats or kittens, other than that for the price it's a good deal. We added a few details and used some extra wood glue and nails to make it more sturdy.

Came with unclear and missing instructions. Wood was made from cheap pressed wood that Crack instantly after tightening cam locks and then stripped the wood after tightening the screws. The pre drilled holes are not aligned with the pieces. Scratching material made from cheap tying twine from the hardware store. Shelfs has nodrill markers for the brackets. Very poor quality for $80. Do not waste your money on this

I honestly didn't believe that we would get EVERYTHING that's pictured but we really did! There's so many choices, that we are setting it up in 3 different places at home. Good quality. Easy to assemble too!

I have three cats and they are really enjoying the cat wall furniture that I bought for Christmas. The order came in quickly and everything came with no floor cats love it. It is very sturdy. Thank you.
