SURDY 3L Cat Food Dispenser - Auto Cat Feeder with 2 Stainless Bowls, 10s Meal Call, Dual Power Supply and Timer Setting for 6 Meals Per Day

This automatic feeder has been great. Seeing as I have two cats the two bowls really helps to feed both of them at the same time. The ability to set feeding times has also helped when I have to go away for a day as they are never without food.

I was disappointed when opening it to learn that it had to be plugged in, and that batteries (D cell, not provided) were only to be used as a backup. We had no plugs where we feed our cats to had to move things around. After taking the time to set it up it seemed to work well for a few days. But then we had instances of food getting stuck and not coming down and then eventually it stopped working altogether and lost power, even when plugged in with a battery change. For the cost, disappointing product.

Charger broke after the second use and batteries needed every single week which isn’t sustainable. Follow up care has been terrible, being bombarded to take the negative comment down from a number of people who fail to offer a full refund of a useless product.

I bought this for a daughter we tried it out on my dogs 🐕Haha they were waiting on it to refill 😂Put food in set the timer job done ✔️My daughter has 2 house cats so this is ideal cats 🐱 will love it
