I bought two types of this one-step oral test. I tried them both, and they are accurate. You just need to put it in your mouth to get enough saliva, and then the result will come up.

DO NOT trust these. All have given false negatives so far. Useless

without getting too detailed this saliva drug tester is accurate. I needed it to be able to allow a friend to move into my other property and will use the other ones in the pack for the rest of their stay. I'm going to trust it works well. Fast and easy to use and not invasive.

Very easy to use. Quick swab of the inner checks, over tongue and then set under tongue. Wait til the colored lines show, about 3 minutes. I tried it on a THC consumer and a drug free person. The results came out similarly, see photo(topThc, bottom drug free) . The C(Control) line has to be solid in order for it to be valid. If any of the other lines are solid, then it's negative. If there is no line then that means positive. I will try it again because I want to make sure the results are the same.

When a UA isn't practical, this is just the ticket. It uses a mouth swab and saliva under the tongue to test for various illicit substances. Seems quite accurate based on the subjects I've used this with.In an employment screening, it can be done at your desk which is much more convenient.

So easy to use a swab instead of urine. It does take quite a while to get the swab wet enough with saliva but it does provide accurate results. Overall satisfied
