I have tried multiple posture correctors and love this one the most!! So much in fact, that I just ordered another for my daughter. Just so you know, mine was tagged "L" but it is NOT large. I am small-ish. Bra size 34B. I am 5'7" and 115 lbs. I think this is listed as one size? I do have to tighten it to the max but I love how comfortable it is, yet it "corrects" or reminds you to keep those shoulders back. The quality is better than some of the more expensive ones too. Really hoping this helps with my chronic "slouch."

Didn't receive what I ordered. I ordered new in a size small received a large in a size small box. It is very stretchy and may be comfortable but to big to determine.

Think this was made for a petite woman. Every word on the box is in Chinese.

I purchased this for my Pilates class to assist with alignment of my shoulders in class! I’m 77 years old and need support for my shoulders in class.. I will update review as I use in class..

daughter had neck fused this helps relive some of the tightness in the shoulders more support less pain

Doesn’t work !

While this strap does help me keep a good posture it does have a few issues. It can not be against the skin, you need to wear something under it or you will not be comfortable. Also after wearing it for a bit you can see red marks on my body from the straps. It is nice in that it is adjustable and helps with my posture as expected.
