Great cordless Vacuum cleaner
I wanted a cordless hover for cleaning the car and after looking and reading countless reviews on car vacuums my husband recommending looking at the cordless Henry. I am so glad I got this, not only did it take 5mins to clean the car, I use it a lot upstairs and for the doing the stairs. We even use Henry when we can't be bothered to get out our Shark upright! The battery charges really quickly and with being a cordless I am more conscious of turning it off when I'm not using or swapping out attachments instead of just leaving it running like I would with a corded vacuum. With his smiling face, its hard not to be happy with him.Good thing with this cordless is that the attachments fit a corded Henry so If I ever need to get spare parts it will be easy to purchase.Very happy with Henry and would highly recommend getting one

Fab Henry
So had a Dyson for about 10 years. Never really liked it that much as it did not seem to pick stuff up with out several passes and even then it would leave fluff and the cable rewind was just crap. It died last week. Just stopped working so needed a new vacuum. After seeing the Henry factory n TV the other week and that all the tradesmen that have come to the house had a Henry which seemed to work really well I took the plunge and got a battery one. It arrived as promised and made me smile when I saw his face, charged the battery up and off I went. Lightweight really good suction incredibly quiet and so much less hassle without the cable it’s a go anywhere Henry. Did the whole house with carpets and hard flooring (4bed) plus skirting and in between the sofa cushions on high power and finished just as the battery died. Impressive young Henry. Much better than the Dyson. I will see how it goes with one battery but additional ones are available if needed. 🤩👍

As of 2020 never buy warrantied products on Amazon UK. . . . .
. . . ..After 30 days they will not respect a warranty or fulfill their obligations as a seller. This is a great little vacuum cleaner - or it was while it lasted. Used a corded Henry for 5 years and just because I got annoyed doing the stairs with a trailing cord, I thought I would get a cordless one. The old one was still fine. I bought this, filters and two batteries. In May it failed. It has a 2 year warranty, I had had it for 3 months and because it was fulfilled by Amazon, the manufacturer expects you to start with them to get the warranty repair process going. After 30 days you no longer see the "return item" button next to your order status. Currently also hidden are any means of contacting customer service or getting out of that crazy loop when you visit the FAQs and dutifully click through until you are taken back to your orders to select what you need to do a warranty return on, only to see that your item (my Henry in this case) is not selectable. So you are back at square one. This will be something familiar to many, it is when a smarty-pants somewhere in an organisation throws the customer service ethos out the window to make their name by cutting costs somewhere. when the horror emerges and enough people like me make a fuss, the person responsible gets moved on. In true Dilbertesque style, their resume is bolstered by the stats that their cost-cutting measures achieved at the expense of consumers rights. I hope this will have been addressed by the time you read this, but at this moment I have no other means of expressing my disgust. Sorry Henry.29 July, I am updating this to say that the product return looks like it has been restored. I called about billing issue and got to ask about this (3rd party vendor giving a part-refund but shipping the full order - what was that?).Henry had already been opened up by me, voiding the warranty. I figured I might as well attempt a repair, since I couldn’t return it. A sliver of plastic from the molding was fouling a connection. Once removed, operation has been faultless since.

Henry with a battery
It's much lighter weight than the corded Henry and slightly smaller. The suction is less but it does the job well. Nice to be free of a cable length which makes stairs and cars much easier. The only down is that the battery doesn't last as long as you would want especially if you have it on high. 15 mins on high power isn't great. 30 mins on low power. But still I'm glad I bought it.

Suction much weaker than corded Henry.
I own a corded Henry and purchased this cordless version for my Dad. The suction is very weak, even on the high setting. The battery only lasts about 15 minutes on the the high setting. The low setting is useless. Very disappointed. Will be returning and replacing with a corded Henry.
