The media could not be loaded. The rotating knob on the handle was defective. As you can see in the video the "locking" mechanism doesn't work. Will update review if replacement is any better.

Absolutely brilliant! Product works as described and annihilated the grease on my grill, left is super clean. I read another review saying the locking screw was jammed but that's not the case, it's part of the design - you need to engage the locking mechanism to rotate the handle position between the Kevlar head or the scraper. Great product!

Have ordered this twice now and both times the button on the rotary switch has been defective, will order a different type now
