The display and multiple alarm sounds are great! And the dimmer switch let you get the proper light

This product has nice features, and unlike similar products, it is very easy to set up and use.

Volume control knob is in the back.
Not a fan of the volume control being in the back and it being a dial instead of buttons. I purchased it because it was touted as having excellent FM reception, but that is not the case. I had to move the antenna wire around until i could get a local FM station to tune in. The phone charger feature works great even with my thick OTTER case on it.

Good not great
The sound quality is good and the phone charger worked well the one time I used it.On the other hand the alarm only stays on for 10 minutes which is shorter than I am accustomed to and the radio has no buttons for preset stations so changing stations is more of a challenge than I am accustomed to.

The buttons are made of a flimsy plastic and are small, and too close together for ease of use.The instructions lack detail.Alarm did not activate at set time.Unreliable product and poor ease of useCute space saver but the quality and ease of use were disappointing.

Cannot use the radio
Bought as gift for my mom, the radio is useless. It will only scan to preprogrammed channels. I have to believe this item was returned and reshipped. Save your money and keep looking.
