Bought these tablets as I suffer with ibs and at times it’s very painful being unable to go to the toilet. I’ve recently changed my diet to include a lot more fruit and veg and this seems to upset my stomach even more, still leading to me being constipated. I’ve only been taking these for about 2 weeks, only 1 tablet after my evening meal. I don’t have pains as much and they don’t make me have an upset stomach. I will keep taking them until the run out

I add psyllium husk and inulin powder to my smoothies, but for those days when I cannot be bothered, this will be a good alternative.
