BP Monitor
I bought this for my mom. It was easy enough for her to use.

Not perfectly accurate, but good enough for most users
This blood pressure monitor does an OK job. The diastolic pressure seems to be very accurate, but the systolic pressure seems slightly off. To test, I tried two different machines and the diastolic was within 2 apart. The systolic seemed to be less accurate. The pressure was about 5 higher than my usual reading and about 10 higher than the other machine I was testing. I have no way to tell which one was accurate in the moment, but they both seem to be within reason. As with any at-home blood pressure monitor, I suggest getting some initial readings over the course of a week to get a baseline reading. Then, compare a current reading to the baseline. I also suggest having 2 machines at home in case one starts to malfunction, you can test with the other before panicking. The quality of the machine seems nice. The screen is large and easy-to-read. The arm band was relatively easy to get on, but I wish the band came in a smaller size because I have skinny arms.Overall, this seems to be a decent machine. If you're someone who must have very accurate results, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, but for most people, this machine will work well.

I Was Surprised & Disappointed
I have owned a Microlife Gentle+ Blood Pressure Monitor for over 10 years. During those years it worked flawlessly. It finally reached its expiration date continually erroring with Err 3. I went searching for another Microlife Blood Pressure Monitor and I purchased the Microlife BPM8 Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor. What a disappointment this Blood Pressure Monitor was. After following the instructions for setup and use. It continually errored with Err 3. I watch all the Microsoft videos and reread the instructions, but the device still failed with Err 3. I returned it and went to my local Pharmacy and purchased an Omron Series 10. It worked perfectly after the setup. This review process force me to select a star otherwise I wouldn’t give a star.

Sleek, Accurate, Quick, Reeks of quality
BP readings taken back to back compare to an ugly, basic Omicron I was using, and to my doctors measurements. As I can see this device is accurate. The cuff is high quality and is marked clearly how to fit it to your arm. The device itself is sleek and modern, I love the touch screen display. The readings are easily read, and it takes them as quickly as any other device I've used. I did not use the phone app or Bluetooth features. All in all, exceeded my expectations.

Very accurate
Easy to use the free Bluetooth app connects easily to iPhone the readings are the same as my doctors . I bought this to replace a Omron platinum that always has a False high reading and Omron’s free app cost $11.99 per month if you want to use it

Works with free app, Bluetooth connection
This is the second Microlife blood pressure monitor that I have. I actually have tried at least four different BPMs, and this might be the most believable one. It seems that every time I take my BP, the numbers are different. So it's hard to know what to think. I was diagnosed with slightly higher BP earlier this year, so I am supposed to take my BP regularly so I know if my new medication is working. This one has a feature where it takes four consecutive readings and averages them. I like that, since like I said, my readings are different every time. The screen on mine is a little messed up, but it seems to work as it is supposed to. It looks like something pressed down on one end of the screen. This BP monitor can sync with the app that is easily downloaded onto your smartphone so you can create a history of BP readings. My first Microlife BPM doesn't have this feature, and this is why I decided to try this one. I think it's a decent upgrade. Previously I was writing down my readings on a little spreadsheet I made, so this is much better.

Works Well
Functions as advertised: measures pressure 3x when set for that (which I prefer for accuracy), bluetooth connectivity to phone works well, per instructions. It even seamlessly integrated with my prior BP history from a previous Microlife unit. This is my second Microlife BP unit (older one was different model). Both worked well, but "little helpers" managed to remove my first unit.

Will not interface to PC!
This device does not interface to a pc. It is intended to interface to a phone. It is unclear why anyone would want a device like this. Price is ridiculous, given limited usage. Amazon web page is unclear; at best. I found it misleading.
