Set up is a little tricky, but very pleased
I’ll start with the good and say that this is a great little rebounder. This is the first one I’ve owned so I don’t really have anything to compare it to, but it seems perfect for beginners. I’ve only had it for a day (so will update review if needed) but it seems well made and I feel pretty confident in the elastic bands holding up over time (although I would assume the should be replaced at some point). So far I don’t have any complaints or concerns about the product now that it’s set up. It’s sooo much fun. I feel like a little kid. I love that it’s small and light enough to be easily moved or stored. It says you can fold it for storage purposes, but after feeling the resistance in the bands I don’t know that I’ll be attempting that lol!The assembly wasn’t especially difficult, but it does require quite a bit of grip strength and leverage to stretch the elastic loops, so if you have mobility or hand/finger strength troubles you may struggle quite a bit. The tools they include help tremendously, as does pre-assembling a few of the elastics, but it still took some doing.I wouldn’t say that the instructions were necessarily LACKING, but I feel like emphasizing a couple of things more clearly would have saved a lot of trouble for me lol. So I’ll share my tips in hopes it helps someone:- Definitely ACTUALLY read the directions (carefully!) and watch the video via the QR code BEFORE you start. I fancy myself pretty proficient at assembling things so I kinda just skimmed the directions and watched the video as I went along. Wrong choice.- Several loops came attached to the frame already, so I foolishly assumed they were attached correctly and just went along with that. However, about 80% through it, I noticed in the video that their loops looked slightly different than mine. Turns out the pre-attached loops must have slid around in transit since there wasn’t that much tension and they were aligned incorrectly. The little lumpy metal part is supposed to “lock” the elastic into place when properly secured. If you pay close attention to the instructions in the manual, use the triangle tool exactly as instructed, and make sure you compare your loops to how they look in the video, you should be able to figure out how it’s supposed to sit tightly. I don’t know how important that detail really is, but the tension in these bands is intense, so I didn’t want to take any chances on not doing it properly and having a band fly off and hurt someone.- Which brings me to my last point. PLEASE be mindful of where you have your face and other body parts while you’re securing the elastic. While I was reassembling my bands for the second time, I was using the triangle tool to stretch the elastic and using the side of my knee to hold the frame down. My hand slipped, and the triangle tool (which had the elastic stretched over it) snapped down like a very large mouse trap on my ankle lol! Totally my fault, but these are very strong bands that you stretch quite a distance and the welt/bruise on my ankle leads me to believe that someone could very easily be very hurt if not careful.

So Much Fun! And Great Exercise Too!
I freaking love this thing! OK, I admit - I have been a bit of an exercise equipment "collector" in the past. I had an elliptical machine that hurt my hips because the stride was too short, a Pilates machine that was a pain to drag out and set up, and a rowing machine that doesn't get quite as much use as I thought it would. So what's different about this? Simply put, it's fun!It was fairly easy to assemble by myself. It's sturdy, quiet, and doesn't take up a ton of space. I use it for exercise but also to release stress and to cheer myself up. I recently lost my husband and have been dealing with a lot of grief. Motivating myself to get up and exercise was difficult. But it's hard to be sad when I'm jumping on a trampoline. There are tons of free videos on YouTube with instructions and workouts, so you can learn basic moves, target specific muscle groups, and/or hit your target heart rate. Or just put on some music, climb on, and do whatever makes you happy - bounce gently, march, dance, twist, jump - whatever you feel comfortable doing. Perfect for all fitness levels - if you can step up about a foot, you can use this trampoline. Unless you have great balance, I recommend one like this with the handle for a little bit of extra reassurance. It lets me know I'm centered and safe without getting in the way.I could not love this more!

Gentle on my joints for Osteoarthritis.
I really like this durable rebounder! I have osteoarthritis. This rebounder is firm with not much give in the springs. Which caused some discomfortIn my lower back and knees. My daughter advised me to remove some bands. I removed 4 bands which made the springs more gentle on my joints. Wow! What a difference. I can easily do a 30 minute workout with no pain. So happy with my purchase. Great value. Easy to use and put together .

Great rebounder with a drawback to consider
I’m on the more mature end of things and I decided after doing research that rebounder would be a great way to exercise without killing my knees. And I love it. And this rebounder is very good quality. I give it a 4 because, while foldable, it is not easy and you must remove the safety bar. So moving it around is a pain in the tookus. If you’re thinking of trying rebounding, I encourage you to do so. It is a fun way to exercise.

Excellent so far, will update after a few months
Super easy to put together, but WATCH THE VIDEO AND USE THE BUNGEE TOOL. Seems very durable so far. I love the buoyancy of the bungees rather than metal springs. It is super lightweight and a great value for the money. I’m surprised how large the 40 inch is and glad I didn’t go for the 48 as it would not have fit in the space I had designated for it. Great low impact workout! I didn’t put the handle bar on because it feels wide enough that I can balance very easily; but if you’re clumsy, have bad balance, or are just starting out, definitely put them on. I know some reviews nit pick the quality and say it’s not for “serious rebounders” but it seems perfectly fine to me. If you can drop $600+ on a rebounder you go right ahead, but this budget friendly rebounder seems excellent quality so far and was recommended to me by someone who has been using them for years. Will update in a few months. This also appears to make a great napping space for dogs and cats : )

It's fun to exercise!
I have used this trampoline for a few weeks now. I LOVE it! The first challenge was putting it together but it was easy. I am 64 years old and I was able to put it together, by myself, in under 40 minutes. The bunjy, springs are durable and give the trampoline a very nice tension. They make the use of the trampoline, a quiet exercise opportunity. This one stated a weight limit of 500 pounds. As I am on the heavier side, I was afraid it would not work well but instead, it held my weight perfectly! It has increased my energy level and I look forward to using it. Nicely priced and a great buy!
