As a lifelong weight trainer and fitness enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous supplements over the years and I’m always cautious when it comes to bold claims. I’m familiar with the key ingredients in the Vital Grow Extreme supplement, so I knew there was merit to some of the claims made on the label, even though it’s a proprietary blend and doesn’t disclose the exact levels of each ingredient. The label does mention that the product has been third-party lab tested, which is a plus for trustworthiness, but it would be nice to know more about the individual ingredients and their concentrations.I’ve been using this product as directed—one serving before training and one after—and here's what I’ve noticed so far:Energy/Stamina: After a few doses, I didn’t experience any noticeable boost in energy or stamina during my workouts. This could vary from person to person, but for me, it didn’t provide the extra push I was hoping for.Muscle Pump: On the plus side, I did notice a noticeable pump after my warm-up set, even before I started adding heavier weight. This continued throughout my workout, which was a nice surprise. The pump was consistent across all the muscle groups I worked, which definitely added to the satisfaction of my training.Post-Workout Appetite: Another thing I noticed was an increase in my appetite after workouts, which I’m not sure is directly linked to the supplement, but it could be. I’ve heard others mention this effect, so it’s possible.In terms of long-term effectiveness, I haven’t seen huge changes yet. I do feel that like most supplements, the body can adapt over time, so I plan on continuing with a 30-day cycle to see if any more significant benefits emerge.One area I think could be improved is product transparency. The manufacturer doesn’t give much info about the ideal timing or cycle for the supplement. I couldn’t find anything more detailed on their website either. A bit more guidance on when to take it for optimal results would be helpful, especially for those of us who are more experienced with supplementation and want to get the most out of it.Overall, I think Vital Grow Extreme is a moderately priced supplement worth trying, especially if you’re looking for a bit of an edge in terms of muscle pump and post-workout appetite. I’ll continue with my 30-day cycle to see if it yields more noticeable benefits over time, but so far, it’s been a solid addition to my regimen.

It doesn't work as described on the website. It caused joint pain similar to gout and serious diarrhea. I tried taking it for a week. I wish I could return it but seller will not allow me to return it. Be aware of buying this product from this seller.

Not effective

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed one bottle will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Jun 2027.The capsules have virtually no scent or taste, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones lately. Their justifiedlaboratories site is functional and has their phone number as well as a chat feature. On the FDA site I found that they have been under investigation, and a bunch of 1-star reviews on the BBB site. The website says they are family-run and transparent, but I don't see any information on sourcing, manufacturing, or testing results.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but not a fan that they use fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.They seem pretty pricey until you consider it's 3-months' worth, plus a discount on the first Subscribe & Save order and a current coupon as well.Thank you for reading, I hope it's been helpful.

This product cracks me up from a marketing standpoint. It doesn't explain ANYWHERE just what they are trying to grow. It may not be what you think as this formula is predominantly aimed at muscle growth and recovery. Therefore, it's a supplement to be used before or after your workout. Yes, it does seem to help with reducing muscle soreness and improved recovery time... however I don't yet see any changes in definition, size, or tone. I'm sure more time would be needed to experience fulls effects of this product. I had no ill effects and tolerated it quite well. I'm not crazy about the marketing and lack of transparency regarding purpose or target tissue.

I take this supplement exactly as prescribed. One before my training session. One after. A 30-day supply. (60 capsules) It works. I'm 60.... been weight training since I was nine years old. So, I know when something works or when it doesn't. I've been able to add muscle by taking this supplement. Highly recommend.
