Game Changer For Our Walks!
The leash extends smoothly, giving my dog plenty of freedom to explore, while still keeping him under control. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the breaking system is very responsive, making it easy to reel him back in when needed. Very nice retractable for small to medium dogs
This is a real nice retractable leash—it’s attractive in the khaki color, and it’s also well put together. The tape-like cord rolls in and out very smoothly, and the handle feels good in my hand, as it has a rubberized surface where you grasp it. And for some reason (I have a couple of different leashes) my dog just really Iikes it.The holding/locking mechanism is a bit different than other leashes I’ve used, but it’s easy to work. The hook may be a little lightweight, but it’s fine for my dog, who weighs about 30 pounds. She’s also not a wild or aggressive dog so this leash works well for her. I have a relatively smaller hand (for a guy), so this fits me well, but if you have very large hands, this may be a little small/tight for you to hold on to. The leash weighs a little more than seven ounces so it’s easy to handle.The test with leashes is how long they last and how resilient they are when dropped. I haven’t had this long enough to answer those questions but it seems as sturdy as most leashes I’ve owned. And I do, again, really like color. This is a good leash for smaller/medium dogs and a good deal for the price, imo.

LEASH LOCK DOES NOT WORK VERY WELL.
