Great Yu Sang preparation knife
The best there is ..Bought this specially to shred radish, carrots and cucumber to Yu Sang (google it if you don't know what this is) specification. This little knife does the job excellently. It slices the vegetable cleanly, finely with the least of effort. If you press a little hard(er) on the vegetable, you get crinkle slices. It came from Thailand but there was no excessive delay. 5 Stars to both the knife and the seller. And the Yu Sang was great!!!!!

Brill
This is the second one I have bought from Amazon, one was for a friend and well recommend, wife loves it as it makes shredding vegetables a lot easier for her, easy to use, multiple uses and a great kitchen gadget.

Difficult to handle
It is not as I expected it to be. I found it difficult to handle and felt that the top bit would snap at any time.

Great little tool.
Well made and although it’s plastic it is quite solid.Fully rotatable and has multiple uses, I mainly bought it to shred Papaya for Thai salads and for that it works quite well.Takes some getting used to but after that works just great.

Ideal tool
I love Green Papaya salad but have struggled to find an easy way to shred the papaya quickly. This knife does the job perfectly and is also great for carrots and the like.

Good simple innovation
Good simple innovation, brilliant for papaya shredding or any hard vegetables but not keen on the plastic handle, a little pricey for what it is.

Kom Kom, Miracle Knife
First saw these knives on a Rick Stein programme, husband then wanted one, so had to do some digging to find out what is was, this is his 2nd one in 8yrs as he managed to break his last one, fantastic bit of kit, especially useful for making homemade coleslaw. It's like a crinkle cutter chipper but for veggies and fruit.

Amazing little gaget!
I saw this little knife being used on a TV programme featuring Raymond Blanc. He used it to make a lovely salad, by shredding the vegetables he was using into long thin strips. It makes very professional looking salads, and I must say I am glad I bought one. It is made from strong plastic material with a stainless steel blade, it has several uses, but the ones that I am most interested in are the apple corer and the vegetable shredder. Happy Shredding :)
