I just bought this a retirement gift for a friend. Although it is not a leather journal, it is really nicely made. It was very well thought out. There are prompts, lined pages, places for photos and plenty more. So happy that I took a chance on this. I think she will love this! Quick shipping!

This is a great Travel Journal to help you keep your vacations special.So many times I go on vacation and over time start to blend memories, so I love the idea of a travel journal. What I liked most about it was that it had really good writing prompts including things that I wouldn't have even considered: expectations, who went, interesting facts, typical day and many more. It also has several pages for you to freeform write whatever you want. In the back of the book, there is a built in pocket to hold pictures or other small flat memorabilia. The front cover is fit for a 3x5 photo.If there were any cons it was that there are pages that say insert photo, but no way to insert it. I guess you attach with double sided tape. And although I loved the writing prompts, and I know I didn't have to enter everything, for me it started becoming tedious filling it out. I think something digital might be a bit more convenient.Still, I do really love the journal. It is really nice to have something to look back at and share memories with family. So I think its worth it and a good product.
