This is a good addition to your routine supplements, as far as i can tell, there are no side effects however that is just me, the pills are small enough that they are easy to swallow, and they do not leave an after taste the way some supplements do. Hey are also suitable for vegans and vegetarians too.

Does absolutely nothing!

This is a pot of 120 quarter salt reducing supplement tablets, it has enough to last four months as the dosage is only one tablet a day. These tablets help de stress relax and unwind and I also found they helped with bloating. They are manufactured in the uk and is 100 percent natural vegan formula. I find taking these very beneficial and when I miss a dose I think I do feel the difference as I find these very effective. They are a good sized tablet they are easy to swallow and I don't get any nasty taste from them I find them great value for money and I shall continue using them
