Good lock. AWFUL packaging!
Love the lock, but why do I need GARDEN SHEARS to open the packaging?!Surely you can find better, easier, more eco-friendly way to wrap your products, Yale??

Looks so much better than my old one, easy to fit as the dimensions were almost the same.

Good quality, easy to install.
Only featurebi don't like is the ability to deadlock it from the outside with the key.

Replacement for old one.
Couldn't get a locksmith to come out to change the old one,so ordered this and did it myself. All worked fine.

Very good.
Easy to fit for me as it was replacing an existing Yale lock. Only quibble was I kept the screws going into the door frame and reused them as they were twice the length.
