It's badass, man!
One very classy looking shirasaya. I've had over a dozen Japanese swords and tantos, and this one rivals all but one or two of them - and they cost a lot more. Beautiful, sharp blade with a nicely defined temper line. Well balanced. Really nice woodwork too. I suspect it'd prove fully functional if needed. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent
This is an excellent sword, especially for the price, incredible value. The wood is very expensive looking and the craftsmanship is impressive. I do not see many flaws at all. The sword is sharp, but not a razor, nor should it be. The blade is beautiful and it feels solid yet nimble and relatively light. 1095 is proven steel. I would buy it again. Very pleased.
