Like Life Snakes

They look so real! They are small, but still, the way they hold the heads up slightly give such a realistic appearance. They, to me, just look like a baby snake. They are flexible but not moldable which is fine for what we are using it for, which is a cake decoration.

My son is doing a diorama for a school project on boa constrictors, so I bought this pack of snakes hoping one of them would look like a boa. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of them. The detail is great and they are the exact size I was looking for (about 4-6" just as described). Also it is a good variety of different colors/patterns, and incredibly they aren't even made from the same mold; each snake is a unique shape.While I was inspecting them to see which ones I thought looked like boas I discovered an awesome surprise: the bottom of each snake is labeled with the type of snake it is! These look realistic but are tiny. About 5 or 6 inches. I didnt read the dimensions so thats my fault. Good product. We attached them to the top of the swingset and porch railing to keep birds away. Haven't had a single bird around since!

You will not believe the reason for this purchase. We have rather had a small mouse in our basement . The little guy had been there for the duration of our construction. We have there in the basement rodent deterrents in the form of plug in devices that elicit a high sound that only critters can hear and are supposed to run away from. Well, this mouse must be deaf since I noticed that it was running around right in front of one of them that was plugged into the wall outlet.I mentioned this to the guy who put in our garage door and he said to buy rubber snakes - especially green and yellow ones. He said that he put them in his garage that was ridden with mice and the critters never came back once they saw the rubber snakes thinking they were real and were afraid of them.So, I tried it , using all of them. That was over two weeks ago. I" have deliberately left nuts around them . Have found the nuts were I had placed them. No sight of the mouse. So I am presuming that this has worked. Now I have left only four of them : 2 yellow and 2 green ones as permanent fixtures in our basement.No more mouse in the house!:-)

I put these on my deck to scare off the birds from flying over . Also scare off little critters. I do wish they were a little bigger.

Sinc these are advertised as "life-like," I at least expected that they would be a larger size. They are only a few inches long and not life-like at all. Did not return since not worth the hassle.

Used as an Elf on a Shelf prop for his own holiday Reputation tour. Worked great and now I have all these realistic looking snakes to hide in the garage and garden to freak my daughter out *insert evil laugh here*

These snakes are really great.I used them to create a headpiece for a zombie medusa costume for Halloween.The snakes are stiff and not jelly like, so they stayed secure, and unmoving. These would be great for school projects, fun toys, costumes, or any other creative uses you can come up with. They did exactly what I needed them to do without any fuss. Very happy with my purchase.
