Frame was not included with the delivery. I did not receive this item. Please advise regarding a replacement and send the frame as ordered asap.

This assembly if fairly close to the OEM supplied by the manufacturer. The differences that I notice is that the material used for the headgear is soft, but a little thinner than the original. I find the attachment on the nosepiece hose does not rotate as easily as the OEM one does. the mask frame grips the nose mask really really tightly, and it is airtight if straps are tightened down snuggly. The magnets on the straps are bigger and has a little stronger grip than the original. I can only test out the longevity of this assembly in time. A decent enough additional headgear piece for the N20 mask.It is good to have extras because insurance only pays every so few months for a replacement frame. I like having extra assemblies becasue I switch different style masks often, and I know I will not be reimbursed or covered for them by insurance.

This frame is different than the ones I've gotten from the medical supply store, but it still fits and works fine. There's a soft felt over the front of the frame instead of an integrated cushioned fabric. This felt fabric can be taken off if desired. I was worried it would feel weird, but it was comfortable. The mask can be adjusted in four directions just like the old one to fit it to my face. I like that it comes with the extra short tubing to connect to the larger air tube. It does NOT come with an actual nasal cushion though, so keep that in mind. However, the ones I had snapped into place in it just fine. Overall I'm happy with this as another option for my nasal mask replacements.
