This works well easily to hold stretchy great for workouts easy to clean if it gets dirty

Within few days of use the handle on one side was torn.

I've been trying to incorporate more stretching into my routine, and this figure 8 band has been great for that. It's compact, so I can easily store it in the included bag, and it's perfect for quick workouts at home or even in the office. I've used it for arm and shoulder stretches mostly, but I've also tried it for some leg exercises—it's surprisingly effective for all of those. The resistance feels just right for me, and it's a good alternative to heavier weights when I want something lighter; plus, the pink color is a nice touch 🌸. I've noticed improvements in my flexibility and it's also helped with some tension in my shoulders; this band is a simple but effective tool.

This is great for me to use while walking on the walking pad. It gives me more activity to do while I'm on the walking pad.

This is my favorite piece of portable exercise equipment! And why is that? The price. For the current price of just under $10, this is amazing. You can just stick it in your bag - yoga bag, gym bag, purse, whatever. The price of this combined with the various ways that you can use it is what makes this my favorite piece of portable equipment. Hey - it's really small to carry around, too! It even comes with its own little personal tulle drawstring bag to do so.This fits easily in my hands (fair disclosure - I do have small hands), and the little bumps help with gripping it. I do all sorts of exercises with this, as my feet fit in it as well. Such a great stretch (many different kinds of stretches) for me! Love it. For the quality, the price, and the great stretches - highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Barely used, and it just broke in half.

Sturdy, easy to manage. Silicone, so strong and easy to clean. I found it easy to use over my shoulder as pictured in the description, also behind my back, etc. The description also illustrates it stretching 2 meters, which I was not strong enough to do. I think it's capable of providing a good stretching workout.

This band has very good design in that it has convenient handles on both ends for hands or feet, and an ideal length good for both upper body training and for feet and leg stretch. Despite of the thickness of the band, the actual resistance is not as strong as I have hoped. It quickly grows out of the strength range that I am seeking.
