Since taking these the last 60 days, I have not noticed any adverse side effects. I reviewed the ingredients with my doctor and she confirmed they meet the recommendations. I like that it is one vegetarian capsule per day and is a brick red color, which allows it to easily be differentiated from other pills in my pillbox. It is easy to swallow and I did not notice any taste. The value seems good given this is a 90-day supply. I will order again.
