Perfect for beginners
The media could not be loaded. So very easy to set up, not real heavy, folds up for easy storage. Glides very easy, resistance is not super tight but the work out is absolutely felt in the core and legs. Perfect for beginners.As for resistance my 2 year old nephew likes to use it and he can move the "steps" as wellThe digital screen is easy to reset and set up

Save ur money..don't buy
Absolutely made in a Chinese sweat shop. Cheap plastic all around. Your foot size must be xtra small. Don't be too tall or ur asking for trouble. I was laughing hysterically as I took it apart....this is junk. I can't run anymore due to an accident so want to work your thighs calves hamstrings and butt? GO JOGGING!! ok I'm done.....lmao this will be a family joke for years.😂
