This chair comes flat packed for home assembly. There are a fair number of parts but it assembles very easily and without the need for any tools. This is thanks to the fact that all bolts have plastic wing heads so securing them tightly is very easy. This is also an advantage in ensuring that the chair can be easily maintained ensuring all bolts are always securely fastened. All the parts are labelled so matching which part goes where is fairly straightforward. I managed to fully assemble in about 15 minutes.I wanted this chair for my father who is 90. He doesn’t have a separate shower but wanted this for use in the bathroom and for that this is perfect. It feels very stable and sturdy and at maximum setting is at a good height. He is a little unsure on his feet and finds this chair easy to sit on and more importantly easy to lift himself up from using the well-placed and wide side handles.As this chair is designed to be waterproof it is very easy to wash down in a bath with a shower attachment – so keeping it clean is very easy.The four silicon suction feet grip nicely on the vinyl bathroom floor and the additional strengthening crossbars give this chair a nice confident sturdy feel.Very impressed with this chair.

Putting this together was not easy. The instructions enclosed were clearly for another similar item, but it resulted in a degree of difficulty which was concerning. I have not used it yet, it appears stable and secure on the floorDespite this I like the look of this chair and look forward to using it tomorrow.

The chair is not very stable. Even when all screws are tightened, it is very wobbly. Definitely not up to every day use.

Great chair. Sturdy and comfortable. Feels great, good design, easy assembly, and light weight.
