I’ve tried multiple creatine brands, and time and time again, something in them left me feeling lethargic and unwell. So, I decided to give Bryan Johnson’s creatine a shot—despite the higher price tag—and just like that, no ill effects.The proof isn’t just in the lab tests—it’s in the way I feel. Whether it’s the purity or the careful formulation, this is the first creatine that doesn’t drag me down. For now, I’m a believer in his products. That said, I’d still love to see testing for glyphosates and atrazine for full transparency, but so far, this is the only one that’s worked for me.

I’ve been using this creatine for a little while now, and it does the job. The 5g serving has helped with muscle recovery and strength during my workouts. It mixes well with my shakes, and the unflavored version is a plus if you don’t want to deal with an overly sweet or artificial taste.That said, it works, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference in muscle growth. The value is decent, but for the price, I’d like to see a bit more oomph in the results. Still, if you’re looking for a no-frills creatine, this one does seem to deliver.

The benefits of Creatine are well documented. I would suggest you do your own research and the documentation is not hard to find. Everyone is different, however, and the benefit you might experience may or may not be to your satisfaction. That would apply to any brand of Creatine.With that said, if you're looking for Creatine, and you want a product that's as pure as can be expected and been tested by an independent lab then this one checks off just about all the boxes.My only possible caveats is that this does not appear to be made in the USA, however, this is not a mix or a proprietary blend of supplements such which leaves you wondering what's being left out of the description.The other consideration is that you'll be paying a modest premium for this brand, however, there seems to be an "B" class of Creatine brands and an "A" class. This one ranks least expensive among the "A" class offerings.I can't say it's a bargain, nor is it a distinctively unique product and because of that, I can't give all 5 stars.
