The staff itself is a little cheap. It breaks down into three sections. I suppose you could remove a section if it was too tall for your child. We used for a shepherd staff in a Christmas play and it was fine. I’d say it’s fragile and did us well for what we needed it for. I felt it was worth what I paid and served what we intended it for.

Bought for my son's shepherd role in a church nativity. It comes ready to assemble in several pieces that twist together, and I just left one out to accommodate his height, although with all the pieces it would be fine for an adult. A bit flimsy, a crack formed on one piece when my son over-tightened it, and this would definitely not hold up to being played with much, but does fine as a prop.

Exactly as advertised. Suitable for our purposes and I love the fact that it is in pieces which screw together. We can adjust the length to fit our "shepherds" - which are all short. Not the sturdiest or long-lasting product ever made, but, assuming you take care of it, it should last through several uses.

Works great but I made something that worked better, tried to return it but they refunded me and told me to keep it. So great service and it's work for a Shepard of many sizes. a little wobbly, but that just means don't wave it around like a mad man.

While it looked the part I was scared it was going to break just holding it. It is very poorly made. It comes in 4 pieces that you screw into each other but they did not all fit securely. If you held it in one hand and shook it you could likely break bak into those pieces. If this is meant to lean against the wall or only be held in a picture you might be okay but I would not recommend this product for anything else.

Perfect for Jack Frost's crook and easy to store because it comes apart. Great for the price, but it is fragile. Shipped really fast!

I was hoping for a wooden staff when I bought it, so I suppose it's my own fault for being disappointed by not reading the product description. It looks pretty decent, if you squint your eyes and ignore the seams between the different screw on pieces, but it feels like it's going to fall apart at any second, and it's certainly not going to last more than one or two uses with children involved. I would not re-buy.

It is very tall, about 6 feet tall, it is easy to put together, but isn’t the greatest to hold up, overall it was worth the money and just a regular prop.
