Recently I read about the goodness of Haritaki powder (Kadukkai in Tamil). It is said in siddha medicine that taking a bit of ginger in morning, dried ginger after noon & a half a spoon of Haritaki will make the body immune and also reduces bad fat.I bought this organic product. It has a safe brown package cover, inside that there is sealed bag. So no worries. I started taking this about 30 mins post dinner. I can see that it helps digestion and makes it easy while poop. I have taken this even after extreme dinner. Does it work. I have been using this for 10+ days and good to see some improvements.But one thing ppl, this tastes really bad. If you add this to your juice, the juice is spoiled for sure. Mix it with coffee, it is again tastes nasty. Better to have it in just water and glup it at once.additional info: I also read that it helps in reducing under eye darkness. Beeing trying for a week now and it is good. Those areas are lightened now

Best product from Jaivik after using Shatavari powder , this my second favourite.It gives instant relief and no issues for using it

I feel the product is 100 % natural as the taste is same as the fruit itself ie slightly bitter and as we swallow it tastes sweet near the throat. It's taste is not all the more bad as stated in other reviews, we can drink easily. I'm using only from two days so I donno about it's effects still, I will get back after using for few days. In the meanwhile if you want to buy this go for it without a second thought.

This product was my first purchase as a powder earlier I used to purchase the direct harad from nearby kirana stores.I tried it for the first time as a powder, and My overall experience was very good, quality is also top notch along with the pricing. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family members.

I seriously don't know the quality of this product, the reason is I have been using haritaki since a year (I buy the dried fruit n make a paste out of it using mortar) and the original authentic paste resembles sandalwood paste. ...but this one is dark it turns out as a black paste when mixed with water.Secondly, the original haritaki is not this bitter whereas this one is sick I mean so much bitter.I am not sure whether there are different types of haritaki which is why there is a difference.Would appreciate if the seller clarifies this.
