Got this for a dear friend who, like me, is a diehard fan of the New York Mets. The 2024 season was truly amazing, considering that we (fans plus the players) were only one game away from the World Series! The story behind the OMG sign (handmade by a fan, and adopted by the team as a good luck charm), plus the song (written and performed by Jose Iglesias, AKA "Candelita", one of the players) has become an honored part of our team's lore. This modest replica is a nice reminder of all that occurred last year, and my friend was delighted to have it in time for the holidays. The sign itself is nice and my son loves it. It is a bit pricey for the size of it. Not as big as I thought it would be, but it's easy to display and it looks very nice.
