I use this for recess at the school I work in. I can observe my area, but be able to call out to situations further away if needed and they can DEFINITELY hear. The record feature is a bonus, so for something that happens regularly I can just push the button. The siren works to announce the end of recess. The recharable battery pack is also worth adding on. I’m very glad I invested in this!

Great looking megaphone that delivers loud and clear vocals. It was delivered in a timely manner.

The rechargeable battery feature is very nice and the megaphone is reasonably loud.My two issues are: there is a 2-3 delay between when you pull the trigger and when sound starts getting amplified. This is annoying to have to delay your speaking.2nd issue is very minor… long term I’m not convinced the hook for the microphone is not going to break. I can always just tape it in place if I half too.

Has many features which the average person may or may not need, depending it’s purpose. All I wanted/needed was my nephew to hear his Auntie cheering for him from the stands to the football field. Which HE DID, lol. Volume control, siren, card reader slot to record, +++++++. READ THE MANUAL, which I did not. You will be spared of any unplanned embarrassments come game day, lol.All in all, BUY IT!!

It can handle my 256 GB USB so I always have tons of music to play whenever, wherever. And you can prerecord a message or announcement to play over and over again. I stopped a dog from barking by turning the siren on at a very, very low level. Need help? Lost Tommy? a dog? Use your imagination. And the rechargeable battery beats looking for batteries, buying batteries, carrying batteries, and replacing batteries [important feature to me]. I like it a lot.

In short:- Do not buy!- No Support,- 2 units ordered got with same defective both,- Alternative support to this product by amazon is much of a lesser quality then I am used by amazon.Longer review:Got this for an urgent replacement to my old one from a mother company which is also a lesser strength. I shipped it abroad to where I was.When I got it, it had a constant background noise if I was not talking to it (all the time). Also when pressing in order to talk, there was a delay between the disappearance of the static sound and the entry of my voice and being amplified. But the main issue was the fact it was on all the time with background static noise (noticeable + probably uses the battery all the time, so it will last less). I took a video with the thought it would help to resolve, but no.I reached the support (their product is support is provided by amazon, not the company). Over there I asked (just to be sure) if this is defective and I was answered yes. I were given the option of returning it under the guaranty, and after I can get a replacement . I needed it fast so I delayed with this and simply reordered another unit since it will cut all the time by 70%. And was planning to ship back the unit and be refunded fully for the 1st unit.In the mean time I tried solving the issue with the first unit by contacting the brand itself so they will not suffer anything unnessasry. they have a card in the box which asks to contact them directly if something is wrong or simply to provide information as a customer.I tried contacting the company in the email they provided in the card, but they never responded (over 2 weeks now). I checked and noticed it is a Chinese company and their website was not an internet website but something of a social media, not really focused or providing any sense of confidence in them. I have given 2 weeks before leaving this review, maybe someone will reach and assist with this. Never heard back as said already.I got the 2nd unit very fast but unfortunately it had exactly the same issue so I could not use it also. By this time it became less urgent and lost the event. So now looked and bought something else.I contacted Amazon support again and this time they could not commit that a full refund will be provided even though in the first call they had (I was very surprised in the chat, this is what made me be relax with ordering the 2nd unit). The shipment back of the 2 units is costing like the entire 2 orders with shipping to me abroad (should have been dais to me 100% it is covered with prepaid or at least after they received it, due to what it says in the product page I ordered it, but they left it with “not being sure if it is 100% of the cost or partly” and no prepaid like before).Now, I am left with shipping 2 large boxes abroad.So for summary:- I take down a 2 stars for products being defective on arrival- I take out another star for not being able to reach anyone form the “brand”, even though they make attempt to get the customer details in their package - so what’s for? is it even a company behind it?- I take another star for not being provided by the support there is the guaranty they publish in their product page (which I always double check before purchasing). They should provide Amazon with better tools to deal with defectives.- I would take the 5th star out for all the hassle it gave me, but I can not.All and all I defiantly will not recommend as it is obvious now. Of course if I was in US, it would be easier to return it, still the hassle will not be “returned” AVOIDE! Not with Serious intent .
