Envy of the beach!
I saw the one with just the chairs a few years back at the beach and knew as soon as I got my Jeep this would be one of the first purchases.I did replace the nuts with wing-nuts instead to make easier for assembly and disassembly. I also wish there was a bag for all the pieces when not assembled. But the chairs are awesome and the hammock is great! Wherever I am and I set this up it attracts attention.Edit: 3 years later and I still LOVE this addition to my beach days. The stand has held up perfectly and the hammocks are still in great shape.I have brought to the beach, tailgating, camping and to cookouts and everyone wants to check them out

Heavyweight
Pretty strong, not a fan of of the plastic rope to the chair. If you plan on using it with a Jeep that has a spare tire you will need a hitch extension.

Great setup but why use nuts and bolts instead of pins?
Very convenient and comfortable. It's perfect for tailgating or going to a drive-in. If you enjoy drive-up camping, it's great for sitting by the fire. I look forward to 4th of july this year.My only complaint is the assembly hardware: why they decided to use nuts and bolts to assemble a system that is supposed to be a quick setup and year-down is beyond me. I ordered 6 spring-clip pins (the kind you use to lock a trailer hitch onto the ball) and it makes setup much faster and easier (and it doesn't require tools).I added a splitter and a cargo rack to put food and beverages within arms reach.EDIT: after a few days of use, the base mount cracked while I was sitting in it (I'm nowhere near the 300 lb weight limit) and I suddenly found myself sitting on the ground. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement right away. I have not had any issues with the replacement. (It looks like an upgraded version from the first one. Hopefully this one is a little more robust)

The instructions are clear
It worked wonderfully. It comes with the required tools and fits together well.

So comfortable
I loved these chairs. It did take a bit of time to get the right height for the chairs to hang off the ground. Putting them together for the first time was a challenge. After I was able to sit in one, it was so comfortable. The chairs too the pressure off my back and made me want to fall asleep. Great for camping or tailgating. I paired mine with a canopy and it worked perfectly. Seemed like everyone wanted to stop by and try them out.

Very poorly made. Chair mode is impossible
This is very heavy but very poorly made. The instructions with the chairs are horrible. They are very difficult to put together because of the wooden pieces. The illustrations for the knots are very poor. This will not work with the chairs at all it's not possible to make it work.

People will not leave you alone when you are using Hammaka
GREAT product. Within the first 5 minutes of setting it up for a dry run in Chair mode at the park someone wanted to take a picture. I was camping in Big Sur over 4th of July and 3 people came up to check it out and ask about it. One offered to buy it from me on the spot. I, like others, based on reviews choose to purchase Locking pins to replace the 6 bolts, picture of pin attached. MUCH faster to put together Saves about 10 minutes setting it up and breaking it down. I got the 5/16ths by 2 1/4 and they fit perfect. I also went to Home Depot and got a locking pin for the tow hitch. With that much interest I would hate to walk away and have someone steal it. Worth the 19.99 for sure. ONLY thing that is odd/bad to say is that on the tow hitch it has two holes honed/drilled so you can have it in different positions. The farthest out position, the locking tow hitch pin goes in well. In the second position I can not get the pin in. This leads me to believe that it possibly was not drilled accurately.
