Use these for my employees. They love them and all look forward to the recognition. They are sturdy and even survive a few washings. They look good. I’ve seen them for less at times and try to buy ahead when the price is good

It is what you pay for but is a nice alternative then a custom made for recognition of years

I bought this item for a coworker who is celebrating 10 years in her position. Great little pin for the price. It is a little smaller than I'd like, but I'm adding somewhat of a frame to it so it will stand out more when she puts it on.
