It's not Ichimi Togarashi really
I was expecting the famous 7 spice blend Ichimi Togarashi. This proudly tells you on the packaging it's 100% chili flakes. Oh.Perhaps something was lost in translation but I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. It's Ok. I like chili flakes and as it's very fine (though not fine enough for my shaker) so it's good to add over food. But not what I wanted.
