Not as good as OEM
Definitely not as good as the one that is supplied with your scanner but it does the job as a spare

Doesn't work!
This was advertised as being compatible with the Epson 3170. It isn't. the cutouts in the plastic are in the wrong place!

Cheaper than the real thing - and it shows
A poorly manufactured copy of the genuine Epson holder. This doesn’t really matter for slides - it just has to hold them in the right place on tbe scanner, but it is not much use for negatives as the top cover doesn’t click into place properly without a lot of fiddling about. Perhaps a few minutes with a nail-file could cure the problem but I haven’t tried that yet. Expensive for what it is - a cheap bit of plastic.

Very flimsy in my opinion over priced for the quality of the item.
