The inside diameter of the hole is approximately .725 inch, also there is a .425 in diameter post in the center of the .725 hole. hope this answered your question

They work very well on our bed frame. The only thing to check for is that the diameter of the bed frame legs aren't bigger than the diameter of the opening at the top of the plastic legs! good luck. We have had ours for several years with no problem.
