this aluminum bell is cheap but looks good. the sound is quiet but sufficient to scare gremlins away. the folded loop that the bell is suspended from is very thin and will break at some point--I recommend swapping it out. it does come with a good quality key ring. the mounting hardware is a nice touch. overall I think this is worth the price and makes a good gift, but I would pay a few dollars more for a better ring.
