Beautiful Range
This range arrived within a week of ordering it. We were in the middle of a remodel and didn't get to open the box for two months, but when we finally opened it, it was perfect. It really is a beautiful range, and I especially like how the oven racks glide out.The grill is hard to clean. Its super heavy, and too big for the dishwasher. Not sure how to get it clean after just grilling sausages.I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a self cleaning feature. That means a lot of extra work that you don't have to do if you buy another brand, but its still worth it.The size is really handy. Its more powerful than your usual stove, and nice to be able to do so many things at once.I would buy it again.

I would not recommend
The oven doesn't cook evenly and the stove top doesn't control the temp to a simmer on any of the burners. I would not buy again. I will probably replace the unit. I had it professionally installed and then I have had two techs out to try and fix the problems. Nothing has changed.

Amazing range but customer service on warranty is HORRIBLE!
Great distribution of burners and ideal double oven design, but two months into owning the range one of the burner handles got stuck in so the the constant light and click is going on so had to turn off breaker. Setup a ticket for service and after 45 days got a response that someone would be out to diagnose within a few weeks. Months later a part shows up from the manufacturer. Then after I called then a few more times I find out a technician has been assigned to install the part and will call within a week. Another month goes by and I get a call that a person will be here at a specific day and time, which doesn't work for me as I have to be somewhere else at that time. I then get told I guess they will have to assign another technician and nothing else. Sent another email and got a call today that they will look into it and call me next week. It has been 6 months since the range broke and nothing at all has been done except shipping me a part.

Looks Amazing
This oven works great I will say I have only had it for 7 months. One of the knobs got stuck and broke the customer service well that's another story. To get someone to come fix issue has to be a Zline repair person. I have been waiting over a month and not a word from anyone. I on some list they have for repairs. We cook on the cook top all the time no issues there but why would the knob would snap off from oven is another issue. My advice do not try and remove the knobs....

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a 1200 CFM range hood about 3 years ago for my outside kitchen and loved it, during hurricane Ian in SW Florida it got completely covered with water, I cleaned up the frame, called customer service and ordered all new components from Z-line, I did not ask for anything for free, a few days later my parts arrived, and I also got an e-mail saying they were one time complimentary, I was completely shocked I have never in my 73 years had or come across a customer service like that, we just bought a new house and I guarantee you, everything I need if Z-line has it, it will come from them. Thank You, Z-Line.

Poor quality, safety issues, terrible customer service
From the day of professional installation 10 months ago, the range has had issues (I purchased this at the big blue box home improvement store).1. The oven is very noisy and heats unevenly, resulting in portions of food items cooked ok on one side, and burned on the other. The slide out racks have extremely sharp edges and I have to try not to cut myself.2. The burners are difficult to adjust and do not appear to attain the promised BTUs. It takes about 40-45 minutes to boil water for pasta. The simmer burners do not adjust at all.3. If I put a roasting pan or griddle across two burners, a literal wave of flame flows across the top of the range.4. I called Zline right after installation because of the burner adjustment issue. They gave me some troubleshooting tips which did not work, and which included sending a video. I did all that they requested, and they refused to answer any emails or phone calls. They just ignored us.5. While under warranty, I had to pay - twice- for a technician to come out and work on the range. He was able to adjust two burners out of 6, but the others would not adjust. No return phone calls from Zline.6. He recommended filing a consumer protection complaint because of the wave of flame, saying that in 50 years he had never encountered anything like that.7. The front right burner is not longer working after less than a year, and the big blue box store's extended protection plan is refusing to honor my 5 year warranty plan (EPP) - which still has 5 years left on it - because they don't understand the big blue box store's receipt.So, to summarize, the range looks lovely, works terribly, and neither Zline nor the company I purchased it from or their EPP partner are willing to do anything about it. Unless you have the time to deal with this type of behavior, look elsewhere for a range. PS Zline has had to recall several other models of ranges because of safety issues.

Poor customer service
I didn’t buy the range from Amazon but from Best Buy. However, I wanted to advise those thinking of purchasing ZLINE of the very poor customer service I experienced. It’s like pulling teeth. Months have passed and our range is still not fully functional. Despite sending them videos and numerous photos they continue to drag their feet. Despite the fact that most of the appliances we bought so far work fine, a poor response on the one that doesn’t, is bad business practice and shortsighted. We have bought a 48” dual fuel range, 48” hood, 36” hood for a outdoor grill, a microwave drawer and a farmhouse sink. It’s sad to see a good business idea of “affordable luxury” that will inevitably be brought down because of this.
