Adams ALC632 Power of Attorney Library on CD (AL632)

Basically all this CD is, is a collection of text files and PDF's in subdirectories that you search for on the cd and then edit. The install works ok, but the automatic update does not work, as the web link is long gone or moved - you know 404 not found error. I was really hoping this cd would install and run as an interview type of routine with the polished POA spitting out of the printer at the end. No such luck here - this is simply just an ok place to get the POA verbiage and then you go to work on formatting and getting it to look decent for the notary public and involved parties to sign. It did save me money by not having a lawyer draw these documents up, but I still had to do a lot of research to make sure it was up o snuff here in Pennsylvania as our state has a specific format that has to be followed. If I were to do it all over again, I would would just use legalzoom.com or comparable site and just be done with it.

I love the template, you simply type information into the blanks. Wording is a already formatted.

If you search online for "FREE" POA forms you will soon find out that they are only free until you try to print them. Many are around $35.00. This CD contains a lot of valuable information, such as how to prepare the forms and how to file them, as well as various forms and the definitions of the many types of Powers of Attorney.

This helped me a lot as I am trying to get our will and power of attorney in order to help if something would happen.
