Works well when they were both working
Once set up these were great but the Right hand one has suddenly stopped working have cleaned and changed battery but still wont work please help thank you

Doesn't work
This hearing is very poor. It doesn't work. When you put in your ear it makes an unpleasant noise. It is hard to tune.Better to get it fitted professionally.

Frequency range.
Little bit deflated that the top of its frequency range was only 5kHz. As a lifelong electronic technician it disappointed me. Misses the top three notes on my digital Yamaha piano

i have got better
Not as good as I was expecting after reading about it a lot of booming noise and the clarity was not good . I have since bought a rechargeable hearing aid which is much clearer and surprisingly cheaper to buy . It is a must to look around at what is available before buying.

Battery s.last 3 days.
Much cheaper else where.. stopped workingAfter a while.. having troubles returning the item..

Difficult to contact
The hearing aids worked brilliantly for a month and then one stopped working, tried to contact MedCa but to no avail to get it repaired.
