Lextra® (Contemporary Jaipur), MouseRug®, Blues, Ivory and Pink, 10.25" x 7.125", one

OK, I hate and I mean hate mouse pads and haven't used one for years. They are always so tacky and nasty looking. However, I needed something for my optical mouse since that I'm using it on a glass topped desk. I searched Amazon and came across the Lextra MouseRugs, they didn't look like a typical mouse pad at all. They look like a little oriental rug, how perfect...something beautiful and classic for the desk top. I was intrigued by the description and the rating so ordered one thinking that it would never live up to either. It far exceeds both, I'd give this 10 stars if I could. It costs more than an boring, basic mouse pad but it's more than worth the money to have something this nice. I noticed that some people complained of it not working with their optical mouses, I have never had a problem with it, in fact I think the surface is more conducive to use with the optical scanner than a conventional mouse pad would be.

I have an optical mouse and this is a very good surface for it. No dust or fluff to disturb the mouse's function. The "rug" is pleasant to touch, as well as to look at. Fully satisfied with this product.

This is a fun mousepad that looks really cool too. At first I did have a difficult time getting my mouse to work all the time, but once it was used a little it works fine. I have fibromyalgia which can cause it to be painful when things touch me and this mousepad is soft and makes it easier to use even when my hands are hurting. Really enjoy and like my new mouserug.

This is my sixth Lextra MouseRug in the same lovely pattern. I cannot praise this company too highly for its beautiful & durable mouse rugs.My one suggestion to other owners of the MouseRug is this: Treat your mouse rug like the tiny work of art it is, and do NOT leave it where sunlight might cause its pattern to fade.I have bought MouseRugs for family members, and my parents have used theirs for over a decade. 10/10 for this product!

Doesnt work with a laser mouse. And this is the lightest one they make. The tech support was nice though. And the material is great and the product looks great.

Bought this for my wife because it complimented her newly remodeled office and desk. Quality is great, and it looks great on the desk as I'd hoped. However, it does not work with her optical mouse. Kind of defeats the purpose, but we'll keep it anyway. It still looks good so we use it as kind of a coaster to protect the desk.

Very nice & durable. My only objection is that it causes my mouse to move slower than I've been used to.

These little rugs are great. I love the classy feel to them. I work in photoshop a great deal of time and have used these under my mouse for years.
