Adventure Time Video Game Review.
I absolutely LOVE this game! (and yes, I am using my dad's Amazon account...) For me being a13 year- old, Adventure Time is one of my favorite cartoons, and I have to say, this game looks just like a full episode of the show! (Unfortunately, the show has ended.) The gameplay is some-what slow, but it's worth looking at the graphics, which are pretty darn good. The level design is nice and the background areas, like the sky and other little details, are as detailed as they can get. After all, it is based upon a cartoon. The voice acting is FANTASTIC! I'm kind of surprised that the creators of this game got the original voice cast to voice the characters. As for me, the game does not lag AT all, and runs pretty smooth for me and my PS4. Although, I did experienced an "out of bounds" glitch. I have not completed the game yet, but as far as I can tell, the story and plot are great. The other little gimmics are cool. Like the " Interrogation Time" parts, where you get to play a little detective. The,"Fight!" sequences are very slow and kind of "Pokemon" style, but they're some-what interesting. As for shipping, it came one day earlier than the expected arrival date, and I am very pleased! A five star review in my books! I hope I get more Adventure Time games further on. And I really hope you take the time to read this review if you plan on getting "Adventure Time: Pirates of The Enchiridion."

Great game, but short storyline
Really good game- loved the characters and challenges. Was true to the show. My son’s only complaint was the short storyline. Was almost a micro game.

Fun adventures
It's fun and very creative! Takes a little time to get used to how to play but it's not too hard and just challenging enough. Got it for my 8 year old son...Him and his Dad love it as well.

Family friendly and fun for all ages
Perfect game to play as a family with my 9 year old. It’s not teaching us anything educational- but is easy enough for her to grasp and fun enough for us to want to play too.

Good Story, Basic Gameplay
A mixture of basic turn based RPG, Sailing in 'Legend of Zelda Wind Waker' and interrogations of 'LA Niore"---Gameplay:--RPG Elements/Battle System:-Turned based systemAble to choose items before attacking. Each character has a basic, character specific, special, and ultimate attack. Special attacks use up shared team points/meter which you gain overtime during battle, or once you get Bimo in your party use and use his character specific ability. Ultimate ability builds up overtime as enemies attack you, outcome/attack vary by character. Most of the time it just deals heavy damage or heal party. Basic and character specific ability uses no meter system.-Upgrade system.Able to upgrade the following stats: health, dodge, accuracy, attack and block. In order to upgrade you spend in-game currency on them. You can also use currency to boost up special moveswhen you level up, the cap of upgraded stats increase.-Battle systemEnemies appear on screen and are not random encounters. There are numbers above their heads indicating what level they are. If there's a skull and X symbol the game thinks you're under powered. There's no pre-emptive strikes that gives you a bonus. In battle you're not able to dodge or do a perfectly time button press for additional damage. Everything is stat based. You must constantly use healing items in this game to progress, unless you want to do unnecessary grinding.Healing items are very plentiful in the over-world along with coins. No need to horde items and use for safe occasionThere's also status effects in battleThere is some grinding involved for the last boss. unless you spend a lot of money on healing items--SailingHow you get from one place to another or at least island to islandAlong the way you collect coins via floating crates, shoot down bundle crates with cannon, attack enemy pirate ships, or shot re-occurring kraken with cannon who keeps running away then randomly reappearing--Interrogation timeBasically the LA Noire segment i mentioned in the beginning, but unlike LA Noire very simplified. You just play bad cop/ good cop with Finn and JakeChoosing good/bad cop with eachThrough dialogue and characters reaction you decided what actions you want to do.If successful they tell you where to go next and get some bonus items. If you fail, you have to find another way which tend to result in more enemy encounters. But there's an option to retry for free so no penalty.--Side questsSide quests mainly revolve around fetch quests that get you extra in-game money and get PSN trophies----Presentation, etcSimple graphics. Fits the cartoony vibe of the show.Voice acting is really good. Use original voice actors from the show. Love how the characters interact with each otherStory: The ice kingdom melted and flooded the land. Finn and Jake go investigate and try to re-freeze it. As title of game states it involves the Enchiridion somehow. Story takes place after the ending of the show, but feels like filler. Not sure if cannon or not. There are some visual glitches (not game breaking) and random audio hiccups when characters say their linesLoading screens in the game are bad.Game will last around 8-10 hours depending on how you exploreOverall, gameplay is decent. Good enough to unlock story progression

Fun game and perfect for kids.
Arrived on time. The game is fun. A simple turned based RPG that plays like an episode of the show. Think of the South Park games but more kid friendly.
