Great Sprayer
I've used this sprayer for around 2 years. It is way better built than other sprayers I have owned. I started to get a small air leak at the decompression valve and looked for a replacement on Amazon but no luck. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement valve no charge. Great sprayer, great customer service!

Don't waste your money!
I have bought tons of plastic sprayers over the years, the best are the stainless B&G, but they cost you. I have had $15.00 sprayers last longer than this one did. It stopped holding air & spraying after just several uses. The nozzle started dripping almost right away. Overpriced for sure. It seemed well mad, but what does that matter if it goes bad this fast. Save your bucks & just go buy a $20.00 prayer from Lowes or Walmart, you will get just as much spray time out of it.

Gasket failure
They include gaskets for a reason they keep failing. It’s well built but issue with gaskets on the pumping handle

Defective out of the box
Both washers were defective, preventing seal. Only one of the two washers needed to replace included in kit. Useless.

The sprayer pump will not build pressure
Not good. I purchased this sprayer at a local mom and pop hardware store and was disappointed from the start. There are a couple of good things about the shape of the sprayer, but the main part, the pump, is a failure. After opening the box and putting it together, which was easy, the pump couldn’t build pressure. I only tried about a dozen time and pumped the handle 3 or 4 dozen times each attempt using water, without success. I took it back and the store representative tried as well, but he tightened a couple more things and pumped the handle 4 or 5 dozen times with slightly better pressure. I reluctantly took it back thinking that won’t use it too much so extra effort to build pressure may be tolerated. I was wrong on both points. What I realized later was that the store rep was holding the sprayer higher than the handle allowing gravity to help with the illusion of pressure. The pump is the heart of a sprayer and this pump has a design fault, give a hard pass on this product.
