Paper MateInkJoy 300ST Ballpoint Pens, Medium Point, Blue, Box of 12 (1951341)

I was really excited to find these on Amazon because InkJoy 300STs are really hard to find in stores, at least in my area. I always expect greatness from InkJoy, and I was not disappointed. These pens are very smooth, and while the ink can blob up once in awhile, it is not a big problem at all for me. The pens are comfortable to hold, and are longer and seem to have more ink than other InkJoy pens, so for an avid writer like me, these will last longer. I recommend these pens to anyone who writes.

These pens aren't as nicely put together as the ones I purchased in the same model last year. It feels like they cut down on the quality of the materials. I don't like the weight as much as I did with the previous materials. Kind of disappointing, but they still do the job. Just aren't my favs anymore.,

These are my favorite pens, but 11/12 that came in this package didn’t work at all, like the ink had completely dried up.

I received these for evaluation as part of the Amazon Vine program.My personal gold standard in pens is the Pilot G2. I've been using them for probably a decade, and haven't found a pen I like better yet. They aren't perfect, but they're the best relatively inexpensive pens I've found. These InkJoy pens are probably the closest I've found to unseating my trusty G2's - they're very comfortable to hold, they write very well, and they look great (you know, for a pen).I love the grips on these pens - the triangular soft rubber grip is super comfortable, and definitely an improvement over the G2, which tends to give me mild discomfort over long writing stretches. The ink glides really smoothly through the roller, and writing is a breeze.There are a few things I don't like vs the G2. The grip is placed pretty high, and I tend to prefer gripping lower. I could probably get used to this over time. I prefer click pens over cap pens - I just lose caps, and end up with a bunch of headless pens. My biggest nitpick is that the ink is more gel than liquid, and often leaves little spiderweb lines between one letter and the next as I lift the pen and move it. I expect this in cheaper pens, but the G2 doesn't have this same problem.Overall, I really do like these, and may purchase them again. As I mentioned, these are the closest I've come to a better alternative to the G2. However, at the time of this writing, these are a little over $1 apiece, while the G2 are a little less than $1 apiece. For that, I'm sticking with what I've got.

I have small, fat hands. These pens are too skinny for me to use comfortably. I need a thicker pen. That's not a fault of this model pen though. Anyway, it writes smooth and clean. The cap fits securely, and I have seen no leakage. So if you like slim pens, this is the pen for you.

Nice pens. I'm a lefty and this does not smear when my hand rubs over think ink (my fellow Lefty's know what I'm talking about). Smooth writing and comfortable grip. Little on the thin side so 4 stars.

Everything is as described, but I don't know... These used to be my go-to pens, but I noticed that the first stroke is always dry and its starting to get annoying. I'll probably not buy these again and consider another type.
