Q: I need to treat my entire wrist top and bottom, due to a fracture. there are plates. i see this only treats one side. what should i get instead?

I purchased the Thermotex Far Infrared Heating Pad - Elbow which has two heating plates one for top and bottom of my wrist. Thermotex products are definitely helpful.

Q: could it be adapted for use on the neck?

Don’t believe that it has the bend in it that would work
