2201 Digital Push Button Door Lock with Optional Holdback in Brass 60mm

This is a quality product at a unbelievably low price. I bought a push button lock 15 years ago and then they were £100 more than this item.The fitting instructions are clear and concise and the product works very smoothly. Changing combinations is really easy and the whole installation is easily do-able for a DIY enthusiast with the correct drills and a sharp wood chisel.The finish matches our brass door handles and the unit looks very neat and stylish. If I need another one I will certainly but this again.

We were able to remove our old lock and replace with new one with no problems

This works well on our garage but I am not sure how long it will last. On ours to open the door you press a letter and then your number and finally another letter. Well our final letter is permanently stuck in so we do not press it anymore. We still need to use our code and currently it works, however I am not sure how long it will be before some of the other buttons stick and then it will not work at all

Difficult to attach and lever only works in one direction, would try sometning else next time.

Very well made indeed, with really lovelly finish. Instructions are clear and the internal mechanism is really quite ellaborate, very impressed, particularly at this price point.

It stopped working after 4 months. Installed indoors. Buttons do not work at all. I had to brake the door to get into the room. Good looking rubbish.Would they take this piece of waste back after 4 months? I am going to try.

Nice lock and great value for the price. Would be 5 stars but the instructions and template that come with this are not very clear and it took me about an hour, with several mistakes and adjustments, to fit this lock. Once on it is very secure however.Disclaimer:- I am not a skilled tradesman, more an amateur bumbler, so a more skilled person might not have the problems I did!

Great. We have two of these on our house. I cannot claim they are for high security areas, but for our purposes they work brilliantly and means we can enter rooms etc, keyless. My only reservation is that setting the code is very fiddly, and the instructions are scant - it turns out the tiny keys inside are "handed" (ie what you put left and what right matters) and that is not at all clear. So we had to take the lock off and re-do it after it didn't work the first time.I would also be concerned that without the instructions, which are small, scant and only moderately informative, one could never work it out intuitively if one needed to re-set.But overall, very happy and have re-ordered.
