Great product

I have always bought DELL cartridges for my 2012 year DELL 2330dn laser printer. As this is a home office printer that has light usage I decided to try a 6000 page High-Yield CARTLEE one, which is much less expensive than a DELL one. This cartridge worked nicely for 2.5 years until the cartridge had a major malfunction.This caused my DELL printer to suddenly no longer recognize this cartridge and return error code 30.04 which is "Invalid Cartridge" On the web it was suggested that this error code could be cleared by resetting the printer to factory defaults. I had to insert an old Dell cartridge to allow me to reset to factory defaults but even after resetting the CARTLEE cartridge still was not recognized and the printer did not function. I called the CARTLEE firm and they said they did not know why their cartridge was no longer being accepted by the DELL printer. But as the cartridge was six months beyond their 2 year warranty they refused to do anything to rectify this problem, even though there was still plenty of toner remaining in the cartridge. So given the cheap price this cartridge may still be a sensible choice but prepare for it to abruptly stop working much earlier that you may expect. There is no warning message about toner getting low or the printer intensity become lighter to give you warning that you need to buy anther cartridge

It’s not a bad deal for the cartridge but it’s streaking on my pages now. I orders this a while back so I would have it on hand and just installed it following the included instructions it’s only about a 2” strip that’s streaking as well.

I was sceptical and hoping for the best and the best I got. The printer is back to normal printing perfectly, right out to the edges at less than half the price of a genuine cartridge.

Seems to be working great! I have an area of about an inch and a half column of each page that look like the toner melts off the words. But my students can still read it well enough.

Good value for the price.

We have used this brand before with acceptable results for an invoice printer at our branch store. Print quality is not really an issue. But the last one my guys unboxed did not work in their printer. They did not give me any details, but just asked me to return it and order another one. I trust they know what they are doing, as this is the first incident of a bad cartridge of any brand in two years. My problem is that we always keep one or two on hand at all times, to avoid getting stuck in a situation such as this. Because we ordered this in December 2019 and it is now April 2020, our return window has closed. There are many options, at many price points on Amazon, and almost all have 4 or 4 and a half star reviews, regardless of the price. So overall, I admit, since this cartridge was half the price of others available, I guess we have saved money over the past year. Nevertheless, we will be going with another brand this time.

Complete junk. Don’t purchase. Does not work in Dell 2330dn printer as advertised.
