Q: Can this be used on spark plug threads?

Not for use on spark plugs that already come with an anti seize already applied to some spark plugs. It will likely affect the proper torque to apply when seating plugs, causing them to be over-torqued. That torque spec is there for good reason.

Q: Okay, i guess i didn't read far enough. i used the copper based anti seize on my mustang plugs. should i pull them and redo them with this?

My best answer is...to use the anti seize to prevent the plugs from rusting. This will save you time and money in the future from dealing with broken spark plugs problems. If I were you, I would re-do them while the plugs are freshly installed.
