This one is side kickers (older kids), blue ones are grow & gain (younger kids). Ultimately, it’s the amount of protein: high protein load is not good on very young kids specially in something like a drink.

Q: What is the shelf life?

There is an expiration date stamped on each bottle. It is shelf stable but store in a cool place. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 1 to 2 days.
