Q: How well does the clams work on side post batteries?

No it does not work even close as it says it does I threw mine away

Q: Does this box come with the charger and nozzles or do you have to buy them separately? I bought one and it did not have the charger or nozzles.

It's a Booster for dead battery. Not meant to be a charger. You charge the Jump Start take it to the vehicle and it works every time. What you mean by nozzles, I don't understand the question.
