Mild, diary-free curry sauce
Almost hate to review this since I’d rather keep all to myself. This specific sauce is a mild, family friendly, and dairy- free curry sauce. A most magical combination!

Good but needed some "doctoring up" as my mom used to say
Like the sauce, but needed some additions to REALLY like it -- it's very sour so I added some honey, it's too thin for my taste, so I put some half and half in the jar after I emptied it into the pan to get all the sauce out, but also to add flour to the half and half while cold and then put the lid on and shook the jar really good.So added that to thicken, added more half and half to mellow it, added honey to sweet a bit, and added garam masala just because that seemed like the thing to do. So -- then it was great. Lots of changes, but a good base to start with, which is the part I don't know how to/don't want to do. Oh -- and I added cooked till very tender cut up chicken breast and put over basmati rice which I've learned how to cook perfectly, with a little cumin seed added like in the restaurant we get Indian food does. Then DELICIOUS

Emergency sauce when time is of the essence
I don't usually purchase or use sauces because I love creating my own, but couldn't pass up buying a jar of this Spicy Madras Curry to have on hand for an emergency. Well, I had no emergency, but I did have a couple of eggplants, a winter squash, and some cremini mushrooms on this gloomy day, so I turned them all into a really delicious meal that was so tasty that I was reluctant to share. I gave the vegetables several minutes in a little bit of preheated avocado oil in a Dutch oven and added the jar of sauce, a russet potato and a little water, covered and cooked until the potato was tender to a fork touch. Wanting to test the sauce's true colors, I added no salt or other spices before tasting. This was delicious, especially after I added a tad of cardamom. I added no salt because it's salty enough as is. Being that I prefer hot and spicy foods, I found this sauce to have a little heat but I would not consider it as a truly spicy product. Next time, I'd add cardamom to the protein or vegetables earlier as well as peppers and maybe finish off with a little wedge of lime for a sour kick.

Caution
This does contain sugar. Even though it taste good, very mild taste and vegan it contains sugar. I did have to give this toy neighbor because I don't do the sugars.

Easy quick and delicious
I love all the sauces as you can just cook chicken throw some yellow curry powder and red chili on you chicken to season it the throw on the sauce. It’s amazingly easy and awesome everytime. I don’t know what the other reviews are about being sour as some flavors have a slight citrus taste but not strong. These others reviewers are high or looking for a deep butter chicken curry. I love these sauces and so does my 9 year old son. We have been lucky to live where we could find good curry restaurants and loved those too but this is easy and good if you have no time to get out!
