Well worth the wait and expectations exceeded.
The condition is very good and it sounds beautiful. The wait was about half a month longer than expected due to Coronavirus, but well within a reasonable time-frame. Due to it arriving late, I had to contact customer service. They were very helpful and quick in responding to my inquiries. Everything in the set came as stated and organized neatly in the packaging. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to learn the Guzheng. With the quality of the product and customer service if I get another traditional Chinese instrument, they will be the first place I look at in the future.

Great quality and price. Sound is bright. Packed well. Received in a month to the United States before the estimated arrival date. Tracking didn't update but I did receive it.

Good product and ace seller
The Guzheng aerived much earlier than expected date, it took a while to set up and tune, but sounds nice for the size n price.Some parts damaged and scratched during postage, but seller was very responsible and nice, posted replacements via Express deliveryand helped with repair right away.

Beginner Guzheng
It is a legit Guzheng at a very affordable price. Could be a nice option if you are on budget and only want a beginner hobby instrument to play with.

Very Good Instrument
This has been a great instrument, I have had it for four or five months now and use a humidifier to keep it in the right humidity range. It plays well, stays in tune fairly well, and sounds plenty nice!

Doesn’t hold tune for more than 1 hour
The Guzheng arrived 4 months after I ordered due to pandemic, but this is not a huge issue. Upon arrival we inspected the instrument, set it up within two hours, and tuned. However the screws won’t hold the tune for more than 1 hour, even without playing. It’s really a headache to having to tune it three times during a short playing session.

Great way to start
The media could not be loaded. Very satisfied with this purchase. It comes with pretty much everything you need to get started, including a spacing guide for this smaller guzheng (hint, don't disregard this and Google a spacing guide like I originally did, it sounds really off with a full guzheng spacing of bridges)The English book for beginners very nicely and extensively explains the technique, but the music itself is written on staves instead of the usual numbers that guzheng music is written. It's taking me a little time to adjust to reading guzheng music this way, I spent one summer learning some basics as a child.Sound wise this far surpassed my expectations. Ive uploaded a short video of just a quick strum of the instrument shot on my phone and it's default built in crap mic.

overall great product!
this is an overall good, student grade guzheng. it performs well for the relatively cheap price, and the english version of the playing guide is very in depth and useful. there is one problem that i run into frequently, however, as this guzheng seems to have a bit of trouble holding a tune for more than a day. this isn't a huge problem, though, and it's easily fixable if you tune often. i highly recommend this product to anybody looking to start learning the guzheng!
